How AI Learns Without Being Programmed
Machine learning, explained simply — how a model turns raw data into patterns, patterns into predictions, without a human coding every rule by hand.

Qriosity Quest is a young educational channel chasing the hidden mechanics behind everyday questions — why clocks turn the way they do, how a machine learns without being told the rules, and everything curious in between.

Two questions answered so far. Many more queued for the next dispatch.
Machine learning, explained simply — how a model turns raw data into patterns, patterns into predictions, without a human coding every rule by hand.
Watch the investigation →A 5,000-year-old mystery — from Egyptian sundials to Greek water clocks, tracing why "clockwise" became the default direction of time itself.
Watch the investigation →SEVEN LENSES
Every video starts with one plain question, then follows it wherever the evidence leads.
How machines learn, reason and occasionally surprise us.
The physical rules the universe never explains itself.
How the past quietly built the defaults we live inside today.
Orbits, scale, and our small, curious corner of it all.
Why the mind decides what it decides, faster than we notice.
The quiet design decisions behind things that just work.
The small "wait, why is it like that?" moments worth chasing.
THE QUEST
Qriosity Quest began in July 2024 as a small, independent effort to make real explanations — the kind with an actual mechanism, not just a fun fact — accessible to anyone who's ever paused mid-scroll to wonder "wait, why is that true?"
No single field has a monopoly on interesting questions, so the channel doesn't stay in one lane. One week it's the math behind machine learning; the next, the ancient sundials that decided which way our clocks turn. The thread connecting all of it is the same one in the name: curiosity, followed all the way to an answer.
